The Information + Tickets desk is located on the 1st floor of the Student Center just inside to the left of the main entrance. On performance nights, depending on the venue, the Person Theatre or Ives Hall box office will open 1 hour prior to the event start time.

Tickets
Standard ticket prices to all SSU Theatre and Dance events are $12. SSU students are eligible for FREE tickets to any Theatre Arts & Dance show by purchasing a ticket online or at the box office with their SSU student ID. A student ID will also be required upon entry if you did reserve a ticket with this SSU student discount. Children 2 years old and under get in free! Why we charge for tickets: SSU’s Department of Theatre Arts and Dance is committed to presenting high quality, community engaged live performance. We deeply value the creative work of our students, faculty and staff as artists, designers and educators. Charging a minimal ticket fee helps us ensure that our students are fully supported in productions. Thank you in advance for your patronage!
Parking
Parking in SSU lots is $5.00 at all times. Permits may be purchased from the vending machines located at the entrance to parking lots, or at toll booths when available. School buses may drop passengers in the driveway loading areas, then proceed to park FREE in Lot N, near the Green Music Center.

Accessibility
All of our performance spaces are wheelchair-accessible. We now offer Assisted Listening Devices available for patrons in Evert B. Person Theatre. Devices may be checked out from the box office with a valid Drivers License. We are happy to work with you to accommodate any other needs you may have.
Electronic Devices
The use of cell phones, cameras or recording devices is strictly prohibited. Please turn off any devices before entering the theater.
Late Seating
Arrival time: If you’re not in your seat by 5 min before show start time your seat will be forfeited and any people on Waitlist will be admitted. Late Seating is at management discretion at designated times once the show begins, you will be asked to wait to be seated. Please arrive early and be in your seat at least five minutes prior to the listed start time. Patrons not seated five minutes before curtain will forfeit their seat to those without tickets that have signed up on the waitlist with the front of house team.
Performances begin promptly. Should there be seats available and the Waitlist unapplicable, latecomers will be seated at the House Manager’s discretion, and may have to wait in the lobby until a break in the performance. If at any point during the show you must leave the room, you may be subject to waiting until the next convenient break as also determined by the House Manager.
