My name is Ashley Kimball, and I will never stop being a child and one way or another, the universe was going to get me to do theater for the rest of my life. Growing up in a theater family in Stockton, I was surrounded by costumes, make up, sets, design, music pretty much every day of my life.

I am so grateful to Sonoma State for igniting my love of theatre. I graduated from SSU in 2012 with a degree in History. Growing up, I always had a passion for storytelling, and I thought studying History was the way to navigate that.

In 2013 I graduated from Sonoma State University with a degree in Theater Studies. Since graduating I have continued to create theater in New York and San Francisco.
The theaters may be closed, but theater artists continue to find new and innovative ways to create theater during these pandemic times. Prof.
2018 acting graduate, Régine Danaé, will be performing as Jimmy in the South Bay Musical Theatre's (SBMT) production of Rachel, by Angelina Grimke on January 29th and 30th.
